I only have one quote on my dream board and that is Gratitude is the Attitude. I have always been extremely positive my entire life and one of the reasons is that I am just very thankful for everything I have. My travels throughout the world have enabled me to get a much better perspective on things.

Have a gratitude partner who you message every day with your top 5 things.
Have a FB group where everyone reports into every day what they are grateful for.
