Health Should Be Your First Priority

I am super excited to be able to bring you the Design Your Life Series I recorded earlier this year into blog format and also have a look on my YouTube channel. Hey everybody!

First of all, Happy New Year to all of you guys! I am so excited for this year, 2017. I am going to do a video series over the next 60 days or so, with a total of 30 different videos about some of the tips that I've learned or gathered throughout the years to help me achieve my dream life.

I want to give you a few tips and hints over these next few videos on what has really worked for me in my business. This applies to anyone with whatever business it is that they have. I have a network marketing business running publicly and if it helps; I am going to share with you why I'm doing this.

I joined this industry about 12 years ago when I was still in the corporate world, working in banking. I really didn't love what I was doing. I just didn’t have any excitement for the banking world at all.But I had no idea what I was getting myself into because I was quite shy and a very introverted person and network marketing really encourages you to get out of your shell. Talking to people, mingling with them - it was something out of my comfort zone.I was a horrible salesperson but I love to help people and that's whyI'm in this industry. That's why I'm in this business and I just had to remember that success won’t happen overnight.

I had a really good foundation through my education and I'm very grateful to my parents for providing me with that.

Everything came kind of easy for me up until I tried the network marketing thing. I was valedictorian of my high school class, I graduated with great grades from university, I got a cushy corporate job straight out of school… And then I tried network marketing and It literally took me three and a half years to be able to go full-time. There were a few key things that I learned were absolutely necessary for success so I’m going to start with the first one of those.

The most important thing for success is your health - if you don’t have that, you have nothing.You need to be focusing on health to be able to function well and achieve what you want to achieve. It’s also a good timing talking about health on the very first day of January. I believe that it is important setting your goals throughout the year and of course try to work towards them.

Kristjan Kristjanson, one of my mentors in this business, really made me understand that if we become sickly, we cannot possibly help anybody else. So it is important to take care of yourself too.

You should be feeling good about life and it is important that you have enough energy to sustain your daily activities. I'm going to be sharing a little bit about one of my favorite products, the Omega 3s.Even if I am fond of eating fatty fishes, I know that theOmega 3 that I am getting from them are not enough. So, I take the omega-3supplement every day because of the fact that pretty much everyone has an imbalance in their body between omega-6s and omega-3s. The solution is easy – just take a supplement every day.That's my product tip of the day.

So my main points for today are:

1. Focus on your health

2. See to it that you get more omega-3s into your body.
